- Which UK forums are covered?

- How is impartiality maintained?
- The expert’s overriding duty is to the Tribunal as an objective witness, consistent with CPR Part 35, the Ikarian Reefer principles, and Immigration Tribunal practice on expert evidence—not advocacy for either party.
- How do I open a docket?
- Submit a redacted docket via the form, including forum, deadline, claim nexus, and whether the matter is SLAB-funded. Do not include unredacted claimant names, Home Office references, or biometrics.
- Can reports address PPC § 295-C and Ordinance XX specifically?
- Yes. Dossiers are framed against Pakistan’s statutory architecture, including blasphemy provisions, Ordinance XX, ATA 1997, and MPO powers, rather than generic country overviews or untested CPIN extracts.
